Do you remember the fantastic atmosphere during the World Championships in 2015? It’s almost time again at Lugnet in Falun. Here’s the schedule and times for the 2027 World Championships.

Do you remember the fantastic atmosphere during the World Championships in 2015? It’s almost time again at Lugnet in Falun. Here’s the schedule and times for the 2027 World Championships.

As usual, the competition will feature three disciplines: cross-country skiing, ski jumping, and Nordic combined. The World Championships will kick off with a qualifying race for nations that do not have enough FIS points to qualify automatically.

The first cross-country event where medals will be awarded is the freestyle sprint on Thursday, February 25. The final event of the Championships will be the women’s 50 km race on Sunday, March 7.

Here is the competition schedule as it stands today

Wednesday, February 24
13:00–14:30 CET – Cross-country skiing – Qualifying race 7.5km classic technique – Women
15:30–17:00 CET – Cross-country skiing – Qualifying race 7.5km classic technique – Men

Thursday, February 25
11:45–12:45 CET – Cross-country skiing – Sprint Prologue freestyle technique – Women/Men
12:00–12:30 CET – Nordic combined – Trial round Individual Gundersen Normal hill – Women
13:15–13:55 CET – Nordic combined – Individual Gundersen Normal hill – Women
14:15–16:00 CET – Cross-country skiing – Sprint final freestyle technique – Men
15:45–16:40 CET – Ski jumping – Trial round Team Normal hill – Women
16:30–17:00 CET – Nordic combined – Individual Gundersen 5km – Women
17:05–18:45 CET – Ski jumping – Team Normal hill – Women
