Ebba Andersson secured first place in the women’s skiathlon today for Sweden at the World Championships in Planica. Results from the women’s 7.5/7.5km skiathlon race.

Ebba Andersson secured first place in the women’s skiathlon today for Sweden at the World Championships in Planica. Results from the women’s 7.5/7.5km skiathlon race.

Ebba Andersson took first place, with a total time of 38:11.8. The Swedish cross-country skier was followed by Frida Karlsson, also from Sweden, 22.0 seconds back.

The Ski Classics Pro Tour Skier Astrid Øyre Slind, from Norway, completed the podium, finishing in third place after an impressive performance, 48.0 seconds behind the winner.

Katharina Hennig, from Germany, and Kerttu Niskanen, from Finland, round out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
