Diggins wins the World Cup mass start in Goms
Jessie Diggins, from the USA, took first place at the Goms 20km mass start race in freestyle technique with a total time of 45:26.3. The North American cross-country skier was followed by Frida Karlsson, from Sweden, 0.6 seconds back.
Nadine Fähndrich, also from Switzerland, completed the podium in third place, 2.0 seconds behind the winner.
Ebba Andersson, from Sweden, and Sophia Laukli, from the USA, rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
