Swedish national team skier Jens Burman and his partner Emelie Svensson have welcomed a daughter into the world.

In January, Burman and Svensson announced that they were expecting their first child. Now, they have become parents to a baby girl.

Welcomed a daughter

On social media, the couple wrote:

“Poof, and life suddenly had a new meaning!! On July 6, Hilma entered the world, a few hours before the due date. We are all doing well and couldn’t be happier.”

Several national team colleagues congratulated the couple in the comments.
