Artusi and Gismondi junior mass start winners at the Fiemme Roller Ski World Cup

The Fiemme Roller Ski World Cup had its first day this Friday with a 10km freestyle mass start race for the junior athletes in Ziano Di Fiemme, Italy. Aksel Artusi (ITA) and Maria Gismondi (ITA) won their respective races.

10km Junior Men’s Mass Start Race – Fiemme Roller Ski World Cup 

In the 10km junior men’s mass start race, we saw Aksel Artusi (ITA) taking home first place with a total time of 19:03.4.

Jonatan Lindberg (SWE) snagged second place, 0.7 seconds back, and Marco Gaudenzio (ITA) completed the podium in third place, 4.0 seconds behind the winner.

10km Junior Women’s Mass Start F – Fiemme Roller Ski World Cup 

Maria Gismondi (ITA) took first place today at the Fiemme Roller Ski World Cup in the junior women’s 10km mass start race in freestyle technique. Gismondi completed the race in a total time of 21:32.5.

Anna Maria Ghiddi (ITA) snagged second place, 35.1 seconds behind the winner, and Anastasiia Ivanchenko (UKR) completed the podium in third place, 48.8 seconds back.
