Anna Svendsen Sprint Winner At The Scandinavian Cup

Anna Svendsen, from Norway, won today’s 1.4km sprint race in classic technique at the Scandinavian Cup in Falun. Results from the race.

Anna Svendsen (NOR) took home first place today at the Scandinavian Cup in the women’s 1.4km sprint race after Kristine Stavås Skistad (NOR) was disqualified for changing tracks and obstructing Svendsen in the final.  

Ebba Andersson (SWE) snagged second place, and Hedda Bakkemo (NOR) completed the podium in third place.

The Scandinavian Cup in Falun, Sweden, is organized with an individual freestyle race on Friday, a classic sprint on Saturday, and a classic mass start on Sunday.
