The Roller Ski Junior World Championships had its second day this Friday with a Team Sprint race in freestyle technique for junior women in Madona, Latvia. Check out the results.

Madona Roller Ski Junior World Championships – Team Sprint – Junior Women

Sweden, with Johanna Holmberg and Kajsa Ekenberg, won the Team Sprint today at the Roller Ski Junior World Championships in Madona, with a total time of 22:48.92.

Norway, with Linnea Oeyesvold and Emilie Ruud Lia, finished in second place, 12.57 seconds behind the winners. Italy, with Aurora Invernizzi and Maria Invernizzi, completed the podium in third place, 43.02 seconds back.

Kazakhstan (Yevgeniya Vadutova and Dilyara Beisekeyeva) and Estonia (Meril Adeela Alev and Herta Rajas) rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.

  1. Sweden (Johanna Holmberg and Kajsa Ekenberg), 22:48.92
