The Roller Ski Junior World Championships concluded this Sunday in Madona, Latvia, with 15km mass start freestyle races for junior women and junior men.

Madona Roller Ski Junior World Championships: 15km junior women’s race 

Emilie Ruud Lia (NOR) took first place in the junior women’s 15km mass start freestyle race with a total time of 37:12.2.  

Lisa Alrik (SWE) snagged second place, 2.2 seconds behind the winner, and Matilda Grahn (SWE) completed the podium in third place, 3.7 seconds back.

Valter Gerle Blomberg (SWE) took home first place in the junior men’s 15km mass start freestyle race, crossing the line in a total time of 31:50.1. 

Ville Jutterdal (SWE) snagged second place, 2.6 seconds back, and Theo Malm (SWE) completed the podium in third place, 3.3 seconds behind the winner.
