The Ski Classics Challengers event Värnamorullen is a 40km long-distance rollerski race in classic technique taking place this Saturday, September 3, in Värnamo, Sweden.

On Saturday, September 3, Värnamorullen will take place in Värnamo, in the middle of southern Sweden, and for the second time as a Ski Classics Challengers event.

The organizers invite professional, recreational skiers and youngsters to an event with an excellent course along scenic landscapes and a good road surface. The rollerski course is relatively flat and suits all levels of athletes.

The distance of the main race, part of the Ski Classics Challengers, is 40km, while shorter distances are offered. During the race, participants can enjoy nature with meadows and small villages on the way. After the race, everyone is invited to a “friend feast” in the organizers’ clubhouse with good food and fellow skiing enthusiasts.

This year’s Värnamorullen will be perhaps the most star-studded event ever. Top Pro Tour athletes from the Ski Classics circuit have already confirmed their participation.
