Toppidrettsveka 2023 is taking place this week in Norway. Check the complete calendar of competitions of this renowned roller ski event.

Scheduled to take place from August 16 to 19, this year’s edition of the Toppidrettsveka will feature four days of action in Norway and a full competitions program, offering events for cross-country and long-distance skiers and activities for children and young people.

According to the Local Organizing Committee, “Toppidrettsveka is one of the largest and most important summer ski competitions in the world. The event has grown since the start-up in 2005 and has become a popular annual event for both spectators and athletes. Toppidrettsveka gathers the best athletes in the world, and the event is broadcast live on NRK. In recent years, small and large locations such as Aure, Hitra, Orkdal, Kristiansund, and Trondheim have been visited by the cross-country elite.”

August 16, Wednesday: Toppidrettsveka – Hitra – 54km mass start classic technique

  • 18:15: Start women at JĂžsnĂžya
  • 18:40: Start men at JĂžsnĂžya
  • 20:35-20:45: Finish at Fillan
  • 20:50: Prize giving ceremony

August 17, Thursday: Toppidrettsveka – Aure – 1.4km sprint classic technique

  • 17:05: Start women qualification
  • 17:40: Start men qualification
  • 19:20: Start quarter finals
  • 20:10: Start semi finals
  • 20:35: Start women final
  • 20:45: Start men final
  • 20:50: Prize giving ceremony

August 18, Friday: Toppidrettsveka – GranĂ„sen – 15/20km skiathlon

  • 19:20: Start women 15km
  • 20:10: Start men 20km
  • 21:00: Prize giving ceremony

August 19, Saturday: Toppidrettsveka – GranĂ„sen – Finale 12km pursuit freestyle technique 

  • 17:35: Start women
  • 18:15: Start men
  • 18:50: Prize giving ceremony
