Furusjøen Rundt-Rennet 2025

The Ski Classics Challengers event, Furusjøen Rundt-Rennet, took place last Saturday with a 45km long-distance skiing race in classic technique at Kvam, Norway. Check out the results.

After a day full of action, one of the Ski Classics Challengers events in Norway, Furusjøen Rundt-Rennet, saw a fierce battle for all the podium places. Ultimately, Tord Asle Gjerdalen, PrestasjonsBoost, and Kari Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie, won their respective races with solid performances.

Furusjøen Rundt-Rennet – 45km Men’s Race

In the men’s event, the winner, Tord Asle Gjerdalen, PrestasjonsBoost, completed the race in a time of 2:04:37.0.

Halvor Kleivi, Team Andiamo, finished in second place, 4:44.0 behind, followed by Edvard Hamilton, Sør-Fron IL, completing the podium in third position and 5:22.0 seconds back.

  2. Halvor Kleivi, Team Andiamo, +4:44.0
  3. Edvard Hamilton, Sør-Fron IL, +5:22.0

  5. Mads Buhaug, Øyer/Tretten Idrettsforening, +10:42.0

Furusjøen Rundt-Rennet – 45km Women’s Race 

In the women’s competition, the winner was Kari Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie, completing the event in a total time of 2:18:59.0.

Maren Engeskaug, Team Kaffebryggeriet DRIV/Hamar Skiklubb, finished in second place, 3:00.0 back, followed by Ragnhild Haukåen, Ringebu/Fåvang SK, 16:19:0 behind the winner, and completing the podium in third place.

  1. Kari Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie, 2:18:59.0
  2. Maren Engeskaug, Team Kaffebryggeriet DRIV/Hamar Skiklubb, +3:00.0
