In a post on social media, Team Engcon announced that Frida Hallquist is joining the Swedish Pro Team. 

In a post on social media, Team Engcon announced that Frida Hallquist is joining the Swedish Pro Team. 

“We are incredibly pleased to announce another strong girl to the team. Welcome, Frida Hallquist!” writes Team Engcon on Instagram. 

Frida Hallquist is moving from Exsitec Ski Team and joining Team Engcon for the upcoming Ski Classics Season XIV. Hallquist is a Swedish long-distance skier and ended Ski Classics Season XII in the 39th position, with 239 points in the Champion competition. 

Hallquist has 6 Pro Tour, and 5 Ski Classics Challengers starts under her belt. Her best Pro Tour results are 12th at Årefjällsloppet 2013, 13th at Vasaloppet 2014, and 18th at Vasaloppet 2022. On her 5 Challengers event starts, she was always inside the top 5, with a win at Östersund Ski Marathon 2020, a second place at Flyktningerennet 2022, Åsarna Ski Marathon 2022, and Onepartnergroup Ski Marathon Östersund 2022, and the 5th place at Onepartnergroup-Loppet 2021.
