Blåvegenløpet, a Ski Classics Challengers event, took place this Saturday, with a 50km long-distance race in classic technique in Mo i Rana, Norway. Get to know the winners.

After full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event saw Preben Horven, Bossmo&Ytteren, and Benedicte Stien Schreiner, Skonseng UL, winning their respective races.

Blåvegenløpet – Men’s Race

In the men’s race, the winner was Preben Horven, Bossmo & Ytteren, completing the race in a time of 2:17:07.0.

Niklas Dyrhaug, Tydal IL, finished in second place, with a total time of 2:17:08.0, followed by Tommy Hågensen, Skonseng UL, completing the podium in the third position and a total time of 2:25:20.0.

Blåvegenløpet – Women’s Race

In the women’s competition, the winner was Benedicte Stien Schreiner, Skonseng UL, with a total time of 2:48:17.0. 

Oda Weberg, Konnerud IL/Equinor, finished in second place, with a time of 3:08:19.0, followed by Maria Krane, Bossmo & Ytteren, with a total time of 3:14:09.0, and completing the podium in the third position.

As Blåvegenløpet is a Ski Classics Challengers event, Pro Team registered athletes could collect points for the Ski Classics Champion and Youth competitions in their respective gender.
