La Venosta Criterium marked the third Ski Classics event, Season XIV. These are the rankings and bib-holders in various overall competitions.

On Saturday, Swedish Pro Tour athletes strike again at La Venosta Criterium with solid victories from Emil Persson, Lager 157 Ski, and Ida Dahl, Team Engcon. With the results, you can now check the rankings and bib-holders.

CHAMPION COMPETITION

When we look at the Ski Classics general classification, after La Venosta Criterium, the Yellow Champion Bib Competition still belongs to Emil Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, and Ida Dahl, Team Engcon.

In the men’s battle for overall, the Yellow bib rests on Emil Persson’s shoulders. Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, leads the Champion competition with 500 points after his win at La Venosta Criterium. 

Second place overall is Johan Hoel, Team Ragde Charge, with 369 points, followed by Max Novak, Team Aker Dæhlie, with 330 points.

In the women’s overall and after the win yesterday, Ida Dahl, Team Engcon, is in the lead with 500 points, followed by Jenny Larsson, Team Ragde Charge, with 374 points. Overall, Astrid Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie, is in third place with 370 points.

SPRINT COMPETITION

After one Sprint checkpoint at La Venosta Criterium, Alfred Buskqvist, Team Ramudden, carries the Green bib of the men’s Sprint competition with 39 points. Marcus Johansson, Lager 157 Ski Team, is in the second position with 28 points, and Lorenzo Busin, Team Internorm Alpenplus Trentino, follows in the third position with 23 points.

Ida Dahl, Team Engcon, is also the Green bib holder with 57 points. Astrid Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie, follows in second place with 33 points. Jenny Larsson, Team Ragde Charge, comes in third place with 31 points. 

CLIMB COMPETITION

After this Saturday’s La Venosta Criterium, where Pro Tour skiers had two Climb checkpoints, Johan Hoel, Team Ragde Charge, with 90 points, and Ida Dahl, Team Engcon, with 90 points, are carrying the bib in the Climb Competition.

For the men, Kasper Stadaas, Team Ragde Charge, is in second place with 52 points, followed by Emil Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, in third place, with 37 points.

Astrid Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie, is in second place with 63 points, followed by Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, in third with 51 points.

YOUTH COMPETITION

The Pink bibs in the Youth Competition are still resting on the shoulders of Amund Riege, Team Ramudden, and Karolina Hedenström, Lager 157 Ski Team, with 274 and 292 points, respectively.

Herman Paus, Team Ramudden, with 235 points, is in second place for the Youth bib, followed by Alvar Myhlback, Lager 157 Ski Team, in third place with 228 points.

Linnea Johansson, Lager 157 Ski Team, is in second place with 193 points, followed by Ida Palmberg, Team Ramudden, in third place for the Pink bib with 184 points.

PRO TEAM COMPETITION

Team Aker Dæhlie leads the Pro Team Competition with 520 points, followed by Lager 157 Ski Team and Team Ramudden, tied with 480 points.

The upcoming Ski Classics Pro Tour event is Pustertaler Ski Marathon, a 62km classic technique event in Italy on January 14, followed by Prato Piazza Mountain Challenge, a 30km race also in Italy on January 15, 2023.
