Gjerde Alnæs and Fossum Kristoffersen Winners of La Venosta Skiroll

The Ski Classics Challengers event, La Venosta Skiroll, took place this Saturday with a 35km race in classic technique in Curon Venosta, Italy.

The Ski Classics Challengers event, La Venosta Skiroll, took place this Saturday with a 35km race in classic technique in Curon Venosta, Italy.

After a day full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event saw Anikken Gjerde Alnæs, Team Ragde Charge, and Patrick Fossum Kristoffersen, Team Robinson Trentino, win the race with solid performances.

In the women’s competition, the winner was Anikken Gjerde Alnæs, Team Ragde Charge, with a total time of 1:54:47.2. Jenny Larsson, Team Ragde Charge, finished in second place, with a time of 1:56:51.2, followed by Malin Börjesjö, Team Internom Alpenplus Trentino, with a total time of 2:04:46.9 and completing the podium in the third position.

  1. Anikken Gjerde Alnæs, Team Ragde Charge, 1:54:47.2
  2. Jenny Larsson, Team Ragde Charge, +2:04.0
  3. Malin Börjesjö, Team Internom Alpenplus Trentino, +9:59.7

On the men’s side, the winner Patrick Fossum Kristoffersen, Team Robinson Trentino, completed the race in a time of 1:39:32.1. Joar Thele, Team Ragde Charge, finished in second place, with a total time of 1:39:55.4, followed by Dietmar Noeckler, GS Fiamme Oro, completing the podium in the third position and a time of 1:39:56.7.

As La Venosta Skiroll is a Ski Classics Challengers event, Pro Team registered athletes could collect points for the Ski Classics Champion and Youth competitions in their respective gender.
