Espen Träldal, the driving force behind Team Eksjöhus, has been awarded the title of Best Pro Team Director of Season XVI and inducted into the prestigious Ski Classics Hall of Fame.
This award recognizes Pro Team Directors who demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to long-distance skiing. Their role is pivotal in shaping the success of their Pro Teams, advancing the sport, and strengthening the Ski Classics Pro Tour.

Espen Träldal has been instrumental in Team Eksjöhus’ impressive rise within the Ski Classics Pro Tour. Under his leadership, the team has expanded its competitive scope, bringing in top-tier athletes and staff and refining race strategies that have consistently delivered strong performances throughout the season.
His ability to create a well-structured training and support system for his Pro Team athletes has been crucial to the team’s success. Träldal’s meticulous planning and dedication have ensured that Team Eksjöhus remains a force to be reckoned with, competing at the highest level across all Ski Classics events.
With this award, Espen Träldal is inducted into the Ski Classics Hall of Fame, joining the ranks of Ski Classics Legends, the athletes who have won five or more Ski Classics Pro Tour events.
