The third and final stage of the 160km Ski Classics Challengers event, Arctic Circle Race, took place this Sunday with a 51km long-distance race in classic technique in Sisimiut, Greenland. Get to know the third-day winners and the overall winners.

The third and final stage of the 160km Ski Classics Challengers event, Arctic Circle Race, took place this Sunday with a 51km long-distance race in classic technique in Sisimiut, Greenland. Get to know the third-day winners and the overall winners.

After a day full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event, Arctic Circle Race, saw Martin Møller, Rossignol, and Nivi Geisler, Inuplan Ski Team, win their respective stage 3 races and the overall competition.

Arctic Circle Race – Day 3 – Men’s Race

In the men’s race, the winner of day 3 was Martin Møller, Rossignol, completing the race in a time of 3:30:54.0.

Michal Francke, TRI CLUB Jablonec, finished in second place, 6:17.0 behind the winner, followed by Jan Francke, TRI CLUB Jablonec, completing the podium in the third position and 21:32.0 back.

Arctic Circle Race – Day 3 – Women’s Race

In the women’s competition, the winner was Nivi Geisler, Inuplan Ski Team, with a total time of 4:12:48.0. 

Danielle Erin Bridle, Arctic Star ApS, finished in second place, 16:00.0 behind the winner, followed by Brandy Stewart, 16:01.0 back, and completing the podium in the third position.

As the Arctic Circle Race is a Ski Classics Challengers event, Pro Team registered athletes could collect points for the Ski Classics Champion and Youth competitions in their respective genders.
