The biathlon World Cup season 2024/2025 continued today in Kontiolahti, Finland, with the 15km short individual race. After a solid battle in the men’s event, Endre Strømsheim (NOR) won the race.

The biathlon World Cup season 2024/2025 continued today in Kontiolahti, Finland, with the 15km short individual race. After a solid battle in the men’s event, Endre Strømsheim (NOR) won the race.

Endre Strømsheim, from Norway, took first place today at the men’s 15km short individual race in Kontiolahti with a total time of 38:08:8 and clean shooting (0-0-0-0).

Johannes Thingnes Bø, also from Norway, snagged second place, 3.0 seconds back, and one missed shot (0-0-0-1). Sturla Holm Lægreid, from Norway, completed the Norwegian podium in third place, 24.2 seconds behind the winner and clean shooting (0-0-0-0).

After Kontiolahti (Finland), the biathlon World Cup heads to Hochfilzen (Austria), then Annecy – Le Grand Bornand (France), Oberhof (Germany), Ruhpoldhing (Germany), Antholz-Anterselva (Italy), Lenzerheide (Switzerland) for the World Championships, Nove Mesto Na Morave (Czech Republic), and Pokljuka (Slovenia). Then, the 2024/2025 World Cup season ends in Oslo (Norway).
