The 36-year-old biathlon star Gabriela Soukalová gave birth to her second daughter this Saturday, who was given a noble name, and an older sister is already waiting impatiently for her at home.

The birth of a child is one of life’s most beautiful moments, and former successful biathlete Gabriela Soukalová is experiencing immense family joy. The thirty-six-year-old Olympic medalist and World Champion became a mother for the second time when she welcomed her daughter, beautifully named Glorie Gabriela, on Saturday, August 29.

Heartfelt welcome to the world

The former biathlon star shared her joy directly with fans on social media, where she expressed her overwhelming emotions and relief that everything went well:

“Our hearts are full of love. With enormous joy we introduce our Glorie Gabriela. We are incredibly happy that everything went well and that we can finally hold her in our arms. Welcome to the world, our little girl.”

Home comfort and future plans

The new addition is already bringing joy to her older sister, four-year-old Izabela, whom Gabriela shares with partner Miloš Kadeřábek. They have plenty to keep them busy. In addition to welcoming their second daughter, they are also actively planning their wedding and building their dream family home.

Throughout her second pregnancy, the former star of the snow enjoyed every moment and regularly shared photos of her growing belly on social media. “It seems almost unbelievable how much a woman’s body changes during pregnancy. I believe that in a few years, I will look back at these photos with a smile and remember just how big my belly actually was,” she wrote with a smile just weeks ago alongside her pictures.
