The cross-country World Cup season 2024/2025 continued today in Falun, Sweden, with a 20km mass start race in freestyle technique for women and men. Check out the men’s results.

Pål Golberg, from Norway, took first place in the men’s 20km mass start race in freestyle technique at the cross-country World Cup in Falun, Sweden. Complete results from the men’s event.

Pål Golberg, from Norway, showed his form and won today’s 20km race with a total time of 48:05.1.

Gus Schumacher, from the USA, snagged second place, 0.3 seconds back. Harald Østberg Amundsen, from Norway, completed the podium in third place, 0.9 seconds behind the winner. 

Andreas Fjorden Ree and Simen Hegstad Krüger, from Norway, rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.

After Sweden (Falun), the World Cup heads to Norway (Trondheim) for the World Championships at the end of February and beginning of March.  

After the World Championships, the World Cup ends the season with weekends in Norway (Oslo), Estonia (Tallinn), and Finland (Lahti).
