Everything is set for the fifth day of the Junior and U23 World Championships in Lillehammer, Norway. Below is the complete program, start lists, and start times for Friday’s Junior 10km Interval Start races in classic technique.

The Junior and U23 World Championships program opened on Monday, March 2, 2026, with a Sprint in freestyle technique for Junior athletes, and concludes on Sunday, March 8, with Relay races in classic/freestyle techniques for Junior and U23 skiers. 

Start times for Friday’s races are listed below. The complete week’s program appears at the end of the article.
