The next stage of the cross-country skiing World Cup season 2023/2024 starts in Goms, Switzerland, this Friday. The Swiss national team is now presented.

The next stage of the cross-country skiing World Cup season 2023/2024 starts in Goms, Switzerland, this Friday. The Swiss national team is now presented.

Goms, Switzerland, is the place for the next stage of this year’s cross-country skiing World Cup. The Goms World Cup starts on Friday, January 26, with a mixed 4x5km relay race in classic/freestyle techniques, followed by a sprint race in freestyle technique on Saturday, January 27, and a 20km mass start race in freestyle technique on Sunday, January 28, 2024.

In a press release, the Swiss Ski Association has named their cross-country ski team for the upcoming World Cup in Goms. Switzerland will start with 22 athletes. On the women’s side, Switzerland will start with 8 skiers. Already on the men’s side, 14 athletes will start for the European country.
