The Swedish cross-country team’s preparations for the upcoming season continue. During the training camp in Vålådalen, there have been test competitions in sprint and distance.

In the sprint training race earlier this week, Emma Ribom and Marcus Grate were the strongest, and the duo also made the podium in today’s distance race, but with different winners.

Jens Burman was the fastest on the men’s side, ahead of Edvin Anger and Marcus Grate.

On the women’s side, Ebba Andersson was the strongest and won ahead of Emma Ribom and Märta Rosenberg:

“It went well, but it’s challenging before you get into the competition routines. I’m satisfied with how I tackled my personal goals,” says Ebba Andersson to Viaplay Winter’s Instagram

The Swedish cross-country ski premiere will take place in Bruksvallarna in about two weeks, November 18-20. And a week later, it’s time for the first World Cup stage in Ruka, Finland.
