The Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics continued today with the women’s Team Sprint in freestyle technique in Val di Fiemme, Italy. Here are the results.

Sweden delivered a commanding performance, claiming Olympic gold in the freestyle Team Sprint race – complete results from the women’s event.

Sweden (Jonna Sundling and Maja Dahlqvist) crossed the finish line in a winning time of 20:29.99, claiming the gold medal.

Switzerland (Nadja Kälin and Nadine Fähndrich) secured the silver medal, finishing 1.40 seconds back, while Germany (Laura Gimmler and Coletta Rydzek) completed the podium in third place, 5.87 seconds behind the winners and secured the bronze medal.

Norway (Astrid Øyre Slind and Julie Bjervig Drivenes) and the United States of America (Jessie Diggins and Julia Kern) rounded out the top five, finishing fourth and fifth, respectively.
