Sweden I dominated the 4×7.5km relay race at the World Cup in Gällivare, Sweden. Complete results from the women’s relay race.

Gällivare, Sweden, is the place for the second stage of this year’s cross-country skiing World Cup. The event started Saturday, December 2, with a 10km interval start race in freestyle technique. Today, Sunday, December 3, it was time for a 4×7.5km relay race in classic/freestyle techniques.

Gällivare World Cup 4×7.5km Relay Classic/Freestyle – Women’s Race

Sweden I (Moa Lundgren, Emma Ribom, Ebba Andersson, Moa Ilar) took home first place today at the cross-country skiing World Cup in the women’s 4×7.5km relay race with a total time of 1:20:19.3.

Germany I (Laura Gimmler, Katharina Hennig, Pia Fink, Victoria Carl) snagged second place, 13.5 seconds back, and United States of America (Jessie Diggins, Rosie Brennan, Sophia Laukli, Julia Kern) completed the podium in third place, 27.5 seconds behind the winner.

Norway (Heidi Weng, Margrethe Bergane, Anne Kjersti Kalvå, Lotta Udnes Weng) and Sweden II (Sofia Henriksson, Märta Rosenberg, Lisa Ingesson, Louise Lindström) rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
