The Scandinavian Cup season 2025/2026 continued today in Vantaa, Finland, with a sprint race in classic technique for women and men. Check out the men’s results.

Jesper Persson, from Sweden, took first place in the men’s sprint race in classic technique at the Scandinavian Cup in Vantaa. Complete results from the men’s event.

Jesper Persson, from Sweden, showed his form and won today’s sprint race with a total time of 3:15.59.

Amund August Korsaeth, from Norway, snagged second place, 0.03 seconds back, and Håvard Moseby, also from Norway, completed the podium in third place, 1.32 seconds behind the winner.

Scandinavian Cup – Vantaa 2025/2026

Vantaa will host three races from Friday to Sunday. The program opens on Friday, January 2, with a 1.3km sprint race in classic technique, followed by a 20km interval start in classic technique on Saturday, January 3. The weekend concludes on Sunday, January 4, with a 10km interval start race in freestyle technique.
