Scheduled to take place from September 1 to 3, this year’s edition of the Martin Fourcade Nordic Festival will feature three days of events in France for cross-country skiers and biathletes, and several other sports activities for the public.

Organized by the biathlon legend Martin Fourcade on the first weekend of September in Annecy, the festival is the Nordic event of the summer in France. On the program: music concerts, cross-country and biathlon races, biathlon running races, and a sports village.

Martin Fourcade about the Nordic Festival:

“In 10 years on the world circuit, I had the chance to participate in the most beautiful races, from the World Cups to the Olympic Games. I also had the chance to discover wonderful events that contributed to the development of my discipline, like the Schalke biathlon in the superb Gelsenkirchen stadium, the Blink Festival in Norway, and the city biathlon in Germany. During these ten years, I dreamed of sharing the unique emotions these real shows provide to the French public.
