Maria Hartz Melling Gold At the Women’s Junior Sprint World Championships

The sixth and last day of the Junior and U23 World Cross-Country Ski Championships saw Norway’s winning the Junior women’s sprint freestyle race.

Maria Hartz Melling, from Norway, won today’s Junior women’s sprint freestyle race. Norway’s cross-country skier finished 0.37 seconds ahead of Sweden’s silver medalist Maerta Rosenberg.

Elizaveta Bekisheva, from Russia, finished 1.85 seconds back and got the bronze medal
