Klæbo wins the World Cup sprint in Canmore

Johannes Høsflot Klæbo secured first place in the men’s sprint race in freestyle technique for Norway at the Canmore cross-country skiing World Cup. Results from the sprint race.

Johannes Høsflot Klæbo (NOR) took first place at the Canmore sprint race in freestyle technique with a total time of 2:44.40. The Norwegian cross-country skier was followed by Erik Valnes, also from Norway, 0.43 seconds back, in second place.

Edvin Anger, from Sweden, completed the podium in third place, 0.63 seconds behind the winner. 

Even Northug, from Norway, and Elia Barp, from Italy, rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
