Johaug wins Lillehammer 10km skating

The cross-country World Cup season 2024/2025 continued today in Lillehammer, Norway, with a 10km interval start race in freestyle technique for women and men. Check out the women’s results.

Therese Johaug, from Norway, showed her form and won the 10km individual start race in freestyle technique at the World Cup in Lillehammer. Complete results from the women’s event.

Therese Johaug (NOR) took home first place today in the women’s 10km freestyle race with a time of 25:16.4.

Heidi Weng (NOR) grabbed second place, 11.4 seconds back, and Astrid Øyre Slind (NOR) completed the Norwegian podium in third place, 43.2 seconds behind the winner.

FACTS Lillehammer World Cup Season 2024/2025

Lillehammer, Norway, is the place for the second stage of the cross-country skiing World Cup season 2024/2025. The event starts on Friday, December 6, with a 10km interval start race in freestyle technique. On Saturday, December 7, it’s time for a sprint race in freestyle technique. And on Sunday, December 8, the World Cup in Lillehammer ends with a 20km skiathlon race.
