The cross-country World Cup season 2024/2025 continued today in Lillehammer, Norway, with a 20km skiathlon race for women and men. Check out the women’s results.

Therese Johaug, from Norway, showed her form and won the 20km skiathlon race in classic/freestyle at the World Cup in Lillehammer. Complete results from the women’s event.

Therese Johaug, from Norway, took home first place today in the women’s 20km skiathlon race with a time of 54:31.5 and showing a superior form.

Heidi Weng, from Norway, grabbed second place, 42.6 seconds back, and Jessie Diggins, from the USA, completed the podium in third place, 43.1 seconds behind the winner.

FACTS Lillehammer World Cup Season 2024/2025

Lillehammer, Norway, was the place for the second stage of the cross-country skiing World Cup season 2024/2025. The event started on Friday, December 6, with a 10km interval start race in freestyle technique. On Saturday, December 7, it was time for a sprint race in freestyle technique. And on Sunday, December 8, the World Cup in Lillehammer ended with a 20km skiathlon race.
