Jasmin Kähärä secured first place in the women’s sprint race in classic technique for Finland at the U23 World Championships in Whistler, Canada. Results from the U23 women’s sprint race.

Jasmin Kähärä took home first place at the U23 World Championships with a total time of 3:07.58. Kristin Austgulen Fosnæs, from Norway, finished in second place, 0.71 seconds behind the winner.

Sigrid Leseth Føyen, from Norway, finished in third place, 1.16 seconds back. 

Moa Hansson, from Sweden, and Nicole Monsorno, from Italy, round off the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
