The cross-country World Cup season 2024/2025 continued today in Ruka, Finland, with a 20km mass start race in classic technique for women and men. Check out the women’s results.

Jessie Diggins (USA) dominated the women’s mass start race in freestyle technique at the World Cup in Ruka. Complete results from the event.

Jessie Diggins (USA) took home first place today in the women’s 20km mass start race with a time of 51:19.3.

Jonna Sundling (SWE) grabbed second place 0.3 seconds back, and Heidi Weng (NOR) completed the podium in third place, 2.5 seconds behind the winner.

Facts Ruka World Cup Season 2024/2025

Ruka, Finland, is the place for this year’s cross-country skiing World Cup premiere. The event started on Friday, November 29, with a 10km interval start race in classic technique. On Saturday, November 30, a sprint race in classic technique awaited. And on Sunday, December 1, the World Cup premiere weekend ends with a 20km mass start race in freestyle technique.
