Edvard Sandvik, from Norway, took first place in the men’s 20km race in classic technique at the Scandinavian Cup in Vantaa. Complete results from the men’s event.

Edvard Sandvik, from Norway, showed his form and won today’s race with a total time of 50:36.9.

Filip Skari, from Norway, snagged second place, 9.7 seconds back, and Even Solem Michelsen completed the Norwegian podium in third place, 24.5 seconds behind the winner.

Scandinavian Cup – Vantaa 2025/2026

Vantaa will host three races from Friday to Sunday. The program opened on Friday, January 2, with a 1.3km sprint race in classic technique, followed by a 20km interval start in classic technique on Saturday, January 3. The weekend concludes on Sunday, January 4, with a 10km interval start race in freestyle technique.
