With less than a month until the start of the cross-country skiing season in Canada, here is the full domestic schedule for the upcoming winter.

With less than a month until the start of the cross-country skiing season in Canada, here is the full domestic schedule for the upcoming winter.

The Nordiq Canada 2025/2026 Domestic FIS race calendar begins with the Nordiq Cup/Western Canada Cup competitions from November 28 to 30, 2025, with the first stage in Vernon, British Columbia.

The season continues with the second stage in Prince George, British Columbia, featuring the Nordiq Canada 2026 Olympic Winter Games Trials from December 13 to 16. The third event takes place shortly after, from December 19 to 21, at the Eastern Canada Cup in Gatineau, Quebec.

After the holiday break, the calendar resumes at the end of January with stage four, the Nordiq Canada World Junior/U23 Trials and Western Championships, taking place in Canmore, Alberta, from January 29 to February 1, 2026.

The final two stages will be held in Quebec:

  • Stage 5: The Eastern Championships in Gatineau, from February 6 to 8, 2026.
  • Stage 6: The 2026 Nordiq Canada Ski Nationals in Mont-Sainte-Anne, from March 9 to 14, 2026.

  • November 28, 2025 – 7.5km Interval Start Classic
  • November 29, 2025 – 1.3km Sprint Classic
  • November 30, 2025 – 10km Mass Start Freestyle

Nordiq Canada 2026 Olympic Winter Games Trials #2 – Prince George, British Columbia

  • December 13, 2025 – 10km Interval Start Classic
  • December 14, 2025 – 10km Interval Start Freestyle
  • December 16, 2025 – 1.4km Sprint Freestyle

Eastern Canada Cup #3 – Gatineau, Quebec

  • December 19, 2025 – 7.5km Interval Start Classic
  • December 20, 2025 – 1.3km Sprint Classic
  • December 21, 2025 – 10km Interval Start Freestyle

  • February 7, 2026 – 10km Interval Start Freestyle
  • February 8, 2026 – 15km Mass Start Classic

2026 Nordiq Canada Ski Nationals #6 – Mont-Sainte-Anne, Quebec

  • March 9, 2026 – U16/U18 Interval Start Classic
  • March 10, 2026 – U16/U18 Sprint Freestyle
  • March 11, 2026 – 1.4km U20/Senior Sprint Freestyle
  • March 12, 2026 – 20km/30km U16/U18/U20/Senior Mass Start Freestyle
  • March 13, 2026 – Provincial Team Sprint
  • March 14, 2026 – 10km U20/Senior Interval Start Classic
