Tomorrow, February 11, the men’s 15-kilometer classic technique race marks the fifth day of cross-country skiing events at the 2022 Winter Olympics.

A total of 99 men from 50 nations are confirmed to start tomorrow. Below you can check out your favorite cross-country skier from the start list.

After his impressive skiathlon performance, the top favorite for the 15km classic race at Zhangjiakou tomorrow is Alexander Bolshunov (ROC).

But Bolshunov is not the only favorite. Since Denis Spitsov is not starting tomorrow, we can mention his teammates Ivan Yakimushkin, Ilia Semikov, and Alexey Chervotkin. Finland’s Iivo Niskanen, who showed his power at the skiathlon’s classic leg, is another top favorite for the gold medal.

Norway is also a candidate for top placement with strong names as Hans Christer Holund, Pål Golberg, Erik Valnes, and Johannes Høsflot Klæbo. If Klæbo is on a good day, nothing will stop him from getting another gold medal.

Interesting to keep an eye on William Poromaa from Sweden; Hugo Lapalus from France; Francesco de Fabiani from Italy; Andrew Musgrave from Great Britain; and Dario Cologna from Switzerland, trying his fourth consecutive Olympic gold medal at the 15km classic event.
