Ukrainian athletes have collectively sent a letter of complaint to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) protesting the lifting of the suspension on Russian athletes. The International Biathlon Union (IBU), led by Swedish President Olle Dahlin (pictured) will not allow Russian participation.
