The Ski Classics Challengers event, Blåvegenløpet, took place this Saturday with a 28km long-distance skiing race in classic technique in Mo i Rana, Norway. Check out the results.

After a day of action, one of the Ski Classics Challengers events in Norway, Blåvegenløpet, saw Andrew Young, Bekkelagets Sportsklubb, and Benedicte Stien Schreiner, Skonseng UL/Rana Gruber BIL, winning their respective races with solid performances.

Blåvegenløpet– 28km Men’s Race 

In the men’s competition, the winner was Andrew Young, Bekkelagets Sportsklubb, with a total time of 1:25:47.0.

Tommy Hågensen, Skonseng UL/Rana Brann og Redning, finished in second place, 1.0 seconds back, followed by Sondre Ildgruben, Ttgu IF, 1:39.0 behind the winner, and completing the podium in third place.

Blåvegenløpet– 28km Women’s Race

In the women’s event, the winner, Benedicte Stien Schreiner, Skonseng UL/Rana Gruber BIL, completed the race in a time of 1:36:54.0.

Ingrid Lina Solbu Sorsell, Selfors UL, finished in second place, 13:39.0 behind, followed by Tomine Norset, Nittedal IL, completing the podium in third position and 23:09.0 back.
