Today, Blinkfestivalen starts with the uphill race Lysebotn opp, and many of the top Ski Classics Pro Tour skiers will be on the start line for the double poling race.

Today, Blinkfestivalen starts with the uphill race Lysebotn opp, and many of the top Ski Classics Pro Tour skiers will be on the start line for the double poling race.

Double poling up a 7.5 km long hill would scare most people, but not these brave long-distance skiers who will take on the task today from 14:00 CET.

Blinkfestivalen starts today, Wednesday, with Lysebotn opp, and in the double poling race, many of the world’s best long-distance skiers will be at the start.

On the women’s side, a duel awaits between Ida Dahl, Team Engcon, and Astrid Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie. On the men’s side, for example, Max Novak, Team Aker Dæhlie, will try to defeat the reigning champion Andrew Musgrave, Team Næringsbanken.
