La Savoyarde Marathon 2025

The Ski Classics Challengers event, La Savoyarde Marathon, took place this Sunday with a long-distance skiing race in freestyle technique at La Féclaz, France. Check out the results.

After a day full of action, one of the Ski Classics Challengers events in France, La Savoyarde Marathon, saw a fierce battle for all the podium places. Ultimately, Julien Arnaud and Maëlle Veyre won their respective races with solid performances.

La Savoyarde Marathon – Men

In the men’s event, the winner, Julien Arnaud, Montgenèvre Val Claret, completed the race in a time of 1:38:21.0.

Hugo Dejour, SCNP Rochois, finished in second place, 4.5 seconds behind, followed by Gérard Agnellet, CS La Clusaz, completing the podium in third position and 5.3 seconds back.

  1. Julien Arnaud, Montgenèvre Val Claret, 1:3:21.0
  2. Hugo Dejour, SCNP Rochois, +4.5
  3. Gérard Agnellet, CS La Clusaz, +5.3
  4. Mattis Basille, Team Nordic Expérience/SC Abbaye, +5.9
  5. Simon Chappaz, CS La Clusaz, +8.1

La Savoyarde Marathon – Women 

In the women’s competition, the winner was Maëlle Veyre, Montgenèvre Val Claret, completing the event in a total time of 1:50:37.1.

Céline Chopard Lallier, Val Morteau, finished in second place, 2:08.5 back, followed by Julie Marciniak, Nord Megeve, 3:53:03 behind the winner, and completing the podium in third place.
