Another training camp for Team Slavia Pojišťovna Robinson Trentino has concluded successfully.

Team Slavia Pojišťovna Robinson Trentino, one of Italy’s Ski Classics Pro Teams, was together with Team Futura GTE Trentino at a training camp in the Italian mountains, at Passo Rolle.

Training focused primarily on roller skiing, with long training sessions on Italian mountain passes and some intervals; they also went running and cycling. The team took part in a vertical race as well: https://www.rosettaverticale.it/

Eliška Šibravová’s performance deserves special mention. She finished in an excellent 4th place, narrowly missing out on the podium. Michaela Patscheider came in a strong 8th, Oda Nerdrum 11th and Hanna Fine 13th.

The level was also very high among the men. Simon Vuillet and Jakob Walther completed the roughly 6.5km course with 1,280 metres of elevation gain in under an hour, finishing in 11th and 12th place respectively. Pro Team Director Bruno Debertolis wasn’t about to miss the race either, being right at home in his own mountains. He finished 24th and had a great time competing alongside his athletes.

The Rosetta Vertikal has now become a fixture in the Robinson athletes’ calendar.

“It’s always nice to take part in a race as part of our pre-season preparations, and with this stunning panorama in the Italian mountains, it’s all the more enjoyable,” said the athletes from Team Slavia Pojišťovna Robinson Trentino.

“Preparations are going very well; the athletes are motivated and showing great commitment,” said Bruno Debertolis.

The next training camp will take place in mid-October, and the athletes will soon be out on the snow.
