This Norwegian Pro Team is the longest-existing Pro Team and has been in the game since the inception of Ski Classics. This Norwegian Pro Team is the longest-existing Pro Team and has been in the game since the inception of Ski Classics. Team Ragde Charge relies on homegrown and Swedish talent, as seven athletes are from Norway and one from Sweden. The goal for Season XV is clear: win the biggest races and fight for the Yellow bib.

Comprising eight Pro Team athletes (five men and three women) from Norway and Sweden, Team Ragde Charge has been a pivotal part of Ski Classics since the Tour’s early days, being one of the best Pro Teams every year.

The Pro Team’s biggest star is Andreas Nygaard, who has gotten three Champion titles in his career and, during Season XIV, was 2nd overall in the Champion competition. For the upcoming Season XV, the Ski Classics Legend remains one of the greatest favorites for the Yellow bib.

Kasper Stadaas, Johan Hoel, Karstein Johaug, and Torgeir Sulen Hovland will also be part of Team Ragde Charge next season, forming one of the strongest male rosters in Ski Classics.

After two years as a full-time Pro Team athlete on Team Ragde Charge, and responsible for breaking the ‘impossible’ winning streak of Emil Persson last season, the Norwegian Kasper Stadaas extended his contract earlier this year and is also one of the top names for the upcoming winter.

“Ups and downs, some tough downs, all experienced together with Team Ragde Charge. Crazy fun to travel around on Tour with this team, and I’m looking forward to two new years with world-class teammates and supporters,” Stadaas wrote on his social media channel.

On the women’s side, Anikken Gjerde Alnæs and Jenny Larsson also extended their contracts and will be joined by the Youth hope Solveig Lie Støverud.

Gjerde Alnæs won the Green Sprint bib overall, as it was her goal for several seasons, and also took two podium places during the season: second at both Pustertaler Ski Marathon and Marcialonga. Jenny Larsson started with a good Season XIV, taking a podium place at La Venosta (2nd), was 3rd at Marcialonga, and delivered solid results during the season, finishing sixth overall at the Champion bib competition.

With solid names for Ski Classics Season XV: Andreas Nygaard (1990), Kasper Stadaas (1994), Jenny Larsson (1996), Johan Joel (1994), Karstein Johaug (1992), Torgeir Sulen Hovland (1995), Solveig Lie Støverud (2004), and Anikken Gjerde Alnæs (1994), we will surely see Team Ragde Charge’s colors well represented in the upcoming winter season, fighting for points, victories and the Yellow bib overall.
