Team Futura XVI
This Italian Pro Team enjoys an international flavor as there are four skiers from Italy, three from Sweden, one from Japan, and one from Finland. After securing the 26th position in the Pro Team ranking during Season XV, Team Futura Trentino GTE Elettrica looks forward to the upcoming winter season.

Team Futura Trentino GTE Elettrica is an Italian team with a history going back over 44 years.

“Team Futura, over 44 years of glorious history,” says Pro Team Director Riccardo Mich and adds:

“We are an Italian Nordic ski team that for more than 44 years has been taking part, with over 80 athletes, in the so-called ‘marathon’ competitions in Italy and Europe. Our team believes in the importance of improvement and development. For instance, this year, over 30% of the athletes (among women and men) are under 30 and we have welcomed other 16 new members between elite and amateurs.”

Wearing the colors of this Italian Pro Team for the upcoming Ski Classics Season XVI are nine Pro Team athletes, four women and five men: Masako Ishida (1980), Emma Ivarsson (1993), Maja Stefansson (2001), Oona Kettunen (1994), Riccardo Mich (1991), Stefano Mich (1993), Paolo Fanton (1991), Emanuele Bosin (1998), and Rickard Ericsson (1998).
