The Ski Classics Challengers event Värnamorullen, a long-distance roller ski race in classic technique, took place today in Värnamo, Sweden. Check out the results.

The Ski Classics Challengers event Värnamorullen, a long-distance roller ski race in classic technique, took place today in Värnamo, Sweden. Check out the results.

After a day of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event Värnamorullen saw Emil Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, and Johanna Hagström, Ulricehamns IF, win the race with strong performances.

Värnamorullen Men’s Race – 40km

In the men’s competition, the winner was Emil Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, with a total time of 1:30:16.9.

Alvar Myhlback, also from Lager 157 Ski Team, finished in second place, 0.4 seconds behind the winner, followed by Petter Northug, Team Janteloppet, 0.8 seconds back and completing the podium in the third position.

Värnamorullen Women’s Race – 40km

In the women’s race, Johanna Hagström, Ulricehamns IF, with a total time of 1:45:48.1, won ahead of Moa Hansson, Falun Börlange SK/Ski Team Göhlins, in second place and 2:09.4 back.

Karolina Hedenström, Lager 157 Ski Team, 2:11.2 behind the winner, finished in third place.
