Orsa Grönklitt 50k ITT Men, the ninth Ski Classics Pro Tour event of Season XVII, took place this Sunday in Sweden. Check out the results from the historic individual-start race.

The first-ever 50-kilometer individual time trial weekend in Ski Classics history concluded with Malte Jutterdal claiming victory after delivering a strong and well-paced performance.

ORSA GRÖNKLITT 50K ITT MEN

The 50-kilometer race, organized as an individual time trial, produced an intense battle against the clock. In the men’s competition, Malte Jutterdal delivered an impressive performance to secure the win.

At today’s Sprint checkpoint, 6.7km into the race at Böllingmyren, Gabriel Strid, Team GS8, crossed first, followed by Vebjørn Moen, Team Eksjöhus, in second place and 3.2 seconds back, with Malte Jutterdal in third position and 16.1 seconds behind.

At the second control point at Kallbolsmyren, 16.8km into the race, Malte Jutterdal took control, crossing first in a time of 36:17.6, followed by Elias Andersson, Ski Team Göhlins, in second place 18.2 seconds back, with Håvard Taugbøl, Team Ragde Charge, in third position 31.4 seconds behind.

At Toppstugan, 23.4km into the race, Malte Jutterdal crossed first in 54:14.6, followed by Elias Andersson in second place 13.2 seconds back, with Eric Rosjö, Ski Team Göhlins, in third position 43.8 seconds behind.

Toppstugan also served as the Climb segment of the day, with Gaute Kvåle, Team Aker Dæhlie, posting the fastest time of 5:47.2 to claim maximum Climb points, followed by Kasper Stadaas, Team Aker Dæhlie, 9.0 seconds back, and Einar Kalland-Olsen, Lager 157 Ski Team, 12.1 seconds behind.

At Böllingmyren, 31.7km into the race, Malte Jutterdal remained solid in the lead, 31.9 seconds ahead of Elias Andersson in second place, and 1:21.8 ahead of Eric Rosjö in third.

About 10 kilometers later, at the 41.8km split in Kallbolsmyren, Malte Jutterdal still led the race, now 56.7 seconds ahead of Elias Andersson and 2:25.5 ahead of Eric Rosjö.

At the finish, Malte Jutterdal secured the victory with a perfectly paced race, finishing in 1:57:31.5. Elias Andersson, Ski Team Göhlins, took second place 22.6 seconds behind, while Johan Tjelle, Team Engcon, completed the podium in third place and 2:06.5 back.

Håvard Taugbøl, Team Ragde Charge, finished fourth, 2:09.4 behind, and Eric Rosjö, Ski Team Göhlins, rounded out the top 5, 3:06.0 back.

After the Orsa Grönklitt 50k ITT weekend, Anikken Gjerde Alnæs, Team Engcon, and Amund Riege, Team Aker Dæhlie, lead the Champion Bib competition.

Anikken Gjerde Alnæs, Team Engcon, and Gabriel Strid, Team GS8, hold the Green Sprint bib.

Silje Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie, and Kasper Stadaas, Team Aker Dæhlie, carry the bib for the Climb Competition. The Pink Youth Bib belongs to Louise Lindström, Team Eksjöhus, and Amund Riege, Team Aker Dæhlie.

Team Engcon is the highest-ranked Pro Team after the Orsa Grönklitt 50k ITT weekend Season XVII.

SKIER OF THE DAY BY DEVOLD

In addition to the race results, the Skier of the Day awards were presented after the Orsa Grönklitt 50k ITT Men. Lauro Brändli, Team BSV IBEX, was voted Skier of the Day by the fans through the Ski Classics App, recognizing her strong performance and impact on the race.
