The Czech Ski Classics Pro Team, eD system RSJ Team, is looking for new talents for the sports academy.

The Czech Ski Classics Pro Team, eD system RSJ Team, is looking for new talents for the sports academy.

Marek Pazderský, eD system RSJ Team Pro Team Director, is calling for young enthusiasts of long-distance skiing:

“Are you passionate about sports, willing to push your limits, love skiing, and eager to work on your skills? Do you aspire to compete at a professional level in Ski Classics, motivated to achieve results comparable to Kája Grohová or Vašek Sedláček? If so, we are excited to announce the opening of our new Sports Academy, designed for athletes aged 17-23. Our goal is to provide targeted training to enhance their performance and facilitate their participation in selected Ski Classics events.

From June to November, we will host approximately one training camp each month, provide coaching (including training plans), and ensure comprehensive support at competitions (transportation, registration, accommodation, ski service, and refreshments). We have a service vehicle, a set of Fischer racing skis available for loan, a team of skilled technicians from the Czech Republic led by a Swedish expert, high-quality Craft apparel, and motivational financial bonuses for successful athletes based on their results.

For this season, we have two spots available in Ski Classics races for the top men and women among all applicants, while others will have the chance to train and grow within the team. What do you need to do? Simply fill out the online form, participate in our sports camp from September 17-20 with the race team in Jablonec nad Nisou, during which a qualifying race, Hamrskiroll, will take place, followed by the Energamo Lipnolopet. The best among you will then have the opportunity to secure a spot in Ski Classics for the 2026/27 season. (Evaluation criteria include: performance during training, performance during the race, time difference from the first in the category during the race, age, historical results, future plans, willingness to work hard, and commitment to skiing).
