Coralie Bentz And Jason Ruesch Winners of La Transjurassienne 2023

The Ski Classics Challengers event, La Transjurassienne, took place this Sunday with a 50km long-distance race in freestyle technique in the Jura Mountains, France.

After a day full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event in France saw Coralie Bentz, Haute Savoie Nordic Team, and Jason Ruesch, Switzerland, winning La Transjurassienne with solid performances.

La Transjurassienne – Women’s Race

In the women’s competition, the winner was Coralie Bentz, Haute Savoie Nordic Team, with a total time of 2:05:53.4. 

Emilie Bulle, Team Vercors Isère, finished in second place, with a time of 2:06:49.4, followed by Katie Feldman, Team BSV Ibex, with a total time of 2:08:46.1, and completing the podium in the third position.

  1. Coralie Bentz, Haute Savoie Nordic Team, 2:05:53.4
  2. Emilie Bulle, Team Vercors Isère, +56.0
  3. Katie Feldman, Team BSV Ibex, +2:52.7


La Transjurassienne – Men’s Race

In the men’s race, the winner Jason Ruesch, Switzerland, completed the race in a time of 1:53:40.6.

Maurice Manificat, France, finished in second place, with a total time of 1:53:46.0, followed by Arnaud Chautemps, Club Ski Nordique La Féclaz, completing the podium in the third position and a total time of 1:53:48.6.

  1. Jason Ruesch, Switzerland, 1:53:40.6
  2. Maurice Manificat, France, +5.4
  3. Arnaud Chautemps, Club Ski Nordique La Féclaz, +8.0

As La Transjurassienneis a Ski Classics Challengers event, Pro Team registered athletes could collect points for the Ski Classics Champion and Youth competitions in their respective gender.
