The Ski Classics Challengers event, Klarälvsloppet, took place last Sunday, September 21, with a 90km long-distance roller ski race in classic technique in Karlstad, Sweden. Check out the results.

Many Ski Classics Pro Team athletes tested their shape in Sweden’s 90km long-distance race, starting in Uddeholm and finishing in Karlstad. After a demanding race, Alvar Myhlback, Lager 157 Ski Team, and Hanna Lodin, Team Engcon, crossed the line first with convincing performances.

Klarälvsloppet – Men’s Race

After a long day on the road, Alvar Myhlback, Lager 157 Ski Team, won the race with a total time of 3:38:10.9.

Håvard Taugbøl, Team Ragde Charge, finished in second place, 2.4 seconds back, followed by Amund Riege, Team Aker Dæhlie, 4:30.3 minutes behind, completing the podium in third position.

Klarälvsloppet – Women’s Race 

The winner of the women’s competition was Hanna Lodin, Team Engcon, winning the race with a total time of 4:15:35.5.

Anikken Gjerde Alnæs, Team Engcon, finished in second place, 4.8 seconds behind, followed by Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, 5.2 seconds back, and completing the podium in the third position.

As the Klarälvsloppet 90km roller ski race is a Ski Classics Challengers event, Pro Team registered athletes can collect points for the Ski Classics Champion and Youth competitions in their respective genders. 

A list of Ski Classics Challengers events with confirmed dates for the season 2025/2026 can be found at Ski Classics. The list is updated continuously with new events.

Everyone participating in Ski Classics, Pro Tour or Challengers events, and professional and recreational skiers can connect their profile to the results database of Ski Classics called MyPages.

MyPages can be connected for free. In the profile, you can view your Ski Classics event results, collect pins, print diplomas, and analyze your results with friends in the SC ranking system. In your profile, you collect points according to your performance and are rewarded with pins and diplomas.
