The Biathlon World Cup is now underway, with the first individual women’s competitions taking place on Wednesday.

Check out who the world’s fastest biathletes are!

The World Cup began this weekend with various relays: mixed relays on Saturday and women’s and men’s relays on Sunday. Now it’s time for the individual competitions. Last winter, Lisa Vittozzi from Italy won the overall World Cup, while Ingrid Landmark Tandrevold finished third overall and also claimed the sprint cup. But who is truly the fastest biathlete? The best shooter? And how do the Norwegian women stack up?

Here’s an overview of the fastest women in the 2023/24 World Cup season.
