The biathlon World Cup season 2025/2026 continued today in Oberhof, Germany, with the women’s 7.5km Sprint. Check out the results.

After a solid performance on the tracks and at the shooting range, Sweden’s Elvira Öberg secured the sprint victory in Germany.

Elvira Öberg (SWE) claimed first place in the 7.5km Sprint race in Oberhof, finishing in 22:00.6 and with clean shooting.

Suvi Minkkinen (FIN) finished second, 21.1 seconds back with clean shooting. Julia Simon (FRA) completed the podium in third place, 23.6 seconds behind the winner, and with clean shooting.

The post-Olympic stages will take place in Kontiolahti (Finland) and Otepää (Estonia). The 2025/2026 World Cup season ends in Oslo-Holmenkollen (Norway).
